We offer either Vodafone or 02 networks for our emergency broadband service and its best to check coverage of your area. Make sure you can get indoor coverage and check to see if 5G coverage is available.

Emergency Broadband FAQ
We offer our service on a month by month contract. Most businesses take the service for 1 month to cover their outage issue. However if you want to keep it longer you can. If you decide you would like to keep it on a more permanent basis, we can also transfer the service to our backup connection service.
We recommend if you have indoor coverage for 5G that you use the 5G service. This is because the speeds are much faster than 4G.
At the moment we only have SIM cards for Vodafone or 02 networks, so you would need to choose from one of those providers.
All our Emergency Broadband SIM’s are unlimited data usage, specifically designed for connectivity, so you won’t hit any limit.
Yes, our emergency broadband routers all have Wi-Fi on them. You are provided administrator access to be able to change the settings to a name and password of your choice.
